Our PCA services are designed to support individuals who need help with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs). Whether itβs assistance with grooming, mobility, or reminders to take medications, our PCA caregivers are trained to promote safety, dignity, and independence.
Services Include:
- Bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting
- Light housekeeping and laundry
- Feeding and meal prep
- Range of motion exercises
- Community involvement support
- Companionship and redirection
- Escort to appointments or errands
Who Can Receive PCA?
You may qualify if:
- You live in Minnesota
- A doctor verifies you have a medical need
- You are assessed by a public health nurse through MnCHOICES or DHS PCA assessment
